From a young age, I have always believed that everyone should follow their passion.For me, it’s always been a way of life. After college I moved to Paris on my own, where I spent my time working as a bartender, immersing myself in the culture, making friends, and learning invaluable life lessons. It broadened my horizons and sparked a love for food, wine, and travel that became the foundation for my career. Upon returning to the U.S., I started my very first business in an iconic location-- on the Las Vegas Strip. Following my passion has led me to a career in developing several successful projects that reflect my diverse interests and passions. From being a purveyor of fine wine and spirits to running my own French bistro, from delicious doughnuts to dive bars and live music, I have created outlets for my creativity and culinary curiosity. We all have varied tastes, and the concepts I’ve built speak to just a few of mine. Travel has always been a big part of my life. Recently I took off for Europe with no return ticket, spending weeks exploring new places and meeting amazing people. This experience was so rewarding that I started documenting my random encounters on my social media channels.
